#37: Replace Criticism with Curiosity

A perspective shift for critiquing another creative's work.

Nobody likes a know-it-all.

Unfortunately, I myself can be one sometimes. When someone asks for my opinion on a piece of copy or graphic design at work, I don't have a problem wearing the critic's hat and sharing my point of view. 

But there's another interesting way to look at creativity—that is, with curiosity

Instead of immediately writing off a creative's decision based on my taste and preferences, I can ask the copywriter or designer about their thought process and bounce ideas off of each other to refine the work.
